Advanced Behavior Technician (ABA) – Full-Time & Part-Time | $23–$27/hr

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Advanced Behavior Technicians (ABA) to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services. This full-time and part-time position offers an opportunity to work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to promote meaningful progress through evidence-based interventions. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting clients in achieving their goals within a supportive clinical environment.

Duties

• Implement ABA therapy programs tailored to each client's needs, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collect accurate and detailed data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Assist with intake assessments and behavioral evaluations to determine client needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and engagement while fostering a positive learning environment.
• Maintain thorough and compliant medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and behavioral records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Participate in ongoing training related to applied behavior analysis, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation, and patient care best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related human services field
• Minimum 6 months of experience working with children
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education principles.
• Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively with people with autism or other disabilities in a patient-centered manner.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and team members.
• Prior experience in behavioral health or diagnostic evaluation is a plus.
