We are offering an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join Warrington Innovation Network (WIN PCN) and support the delivery of our Same Day Access Service.

We would welcome applications from qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioners of all backgrounds, including, but not limited to Nursing, Pharmacy and Paramedicine.

This role is ideal for an experienced prescribing pharmacist, nurse or paramedic with a background in primary care, urgent care, or community pharmacy who is confident in managing undifferentiated presentations in a supportive, innovative environment.
