The impact you’ll make

• Configure and operate CNC milling machines to achieve exact specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan and execute machining strategies.
• Oversee machine cycles and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and finish.
• Conduct routine maintenance and resolve equipment issues to sustain uptime.
• Inspect completed components using precision metrology to validate conformance.
• Collaborate across the team to optimize tooling, fixturing, and process efficiency.
• Champion a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.

Background & capabilities

• High school diploma or equivalent; a machining-focused technical certification/degree is preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or comparable machining position.
• Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Strong grasp of CNC programming principles and machine operation.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Uncompromising attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Comfort working both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude paired with robust problem-solving skills.
