Advanced CNC Programmer–Operator

Do you thrive on high-mix, low-volume work where every setup is different? Are you equally comfortable proving out a Mastercam program in NCSimul and fine-tuning a setup on a mill-turn? What you will do

• Set up and run CNC mills, lathes, and mill‑turn machines for complex components
• Read drawings and 3D models, apply GD&T, and hold tight tolerances
• Review and validate CNC programs in Mastercam and NCSimul prior to production
• Use Renishaw probing/tool-setting to speed setups and verify features
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and drive improvements in setups, cycle times, and part quality
• Record accurate work order data and process notes in ProShop ERP

What you bring

• 5–10 years in machining environments
• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Programming, Drafting, or related area
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks for 3D model comprehension
• Strong blueprint/GD&T skills and methodical mechanical problem-solving
• Depth in CNC setup and complex machining operations
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and Microsoft Office
