Join our Landing, NJ team and take ownership of turning prints into production-ready parts. In this role, you’ll be the go-to for setting up, programming at the control, validating first-article quality, and keeping machines running smoothly—all while collaborating in a supportive, safety-first environment.

Role snapshot

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and multiaxis mills to meet tight tolerances.
• Translate blueprints, drawings, and CAD models into efficient machining steps.
• Track machine performance, tweak offsets, and refine programs for optimal throughput.
• Conduct routine machine care and basic maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Inspect components using micrometers, calipers, and other gauges to verify quality.
• Troubleshoot issues with peers to quickly restore process stability.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety practices.

What makes you a match

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education preferred.
• Hands-on experience as a CNC machinist or in a similar capacity.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation.
• Strong grounding in CNC programming/operation fundamentals.
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Team-oriented communicator who can also work independently with confidence.

Tech you’ll use

• Okuma CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) with Fanuc, Matsuura, and Haas
• CAM: Autodesk Fusion 360 and Mastercam
