Advanced Cooling Solution Program Lead

Job Summary

Lead the system integration and implementation of advanced cooling solutions for high-density computing systems. This role covers system architecture, performance validation, NPI, mass production, and Data Center deployment, while working closely with R&D, PM, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead system architecture, specifications, and integration for liquid cooling solutions.

-Manage key components including CDU/CDM, manifolds, QDs, cold plates, and piping.

-Optimize flow, pressure drop, thermal performance, and liquid/air cooling integration.

-Act as the key technical contact for customers, suppliers, and service partners.

-Drive projects from design and validation through NPI, mass production, and Data Center deployment.

-Develop standards for leak testing, pressure testing, liquid management, and manufacturing quality.

-Lead engineering teams and coordinate with ME, EE, Thermal, Manufacturing, and other functions.

Requirements

-5+ years of experience in Server, HPC, Data Center, industrial equipment, or system integration.

-Experience with rack integration, liquid cooling, or high-density computing systems.

-Good understanding of fluid dynamics, flow, pressure drop, thermal performance, and cooling system architecture.

-Experience in cross-functional project management and technical leadership.

-Experience with BMC, PLC, sensors, DCIM, or rack control systems is a plus.

Good English communication and technical presentation skills.
