  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and their development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Flexible availability across before and after school care shifts

Essential Requirements

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Completion of Mandatory Child Protection Training
  • Relevant qualification in Education, Children's Services, Community Services, or currently studying towards one
  • Full Australian working rights

Why Join Us?

  • Supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Career progression and leadership development opportunities
  • Ongoing professional learning and training
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives every day
  • Work with a respected organisation that genuinely values its people

Child Safety Commitment

The safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of children are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to safeguarding children and maintaining a child-safe environment through robust recruitment practices, ongoing training, risk management processes, and a culture that empowers children to feel safe, respected, and heard.

If you're an experienced educator ready to inspire young minds, lead by example, and contribute to an exceptional OSHC program in Liverpool, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and become part of a team that's making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
