  Responsibilities

• Build and evolve Jenkins pipelines to automate build, test, packaging, and deployment.

• Administer Git repositories and Gerrit reviews; define branching, tagging, and release strategies.

• Maintain consistent build environments; use Docker to containerize and standardize pipelines.

• Integrate static code analysis and quality gates (e.g., CodeSonar) and drive remediation with teams.

• Manage artifacts in JFrog Artifactory, including versioning, promotion, and retention policies.

• Orchestrate release readiness with development, QA, and validation; plan and execute customer releases.

• Ensure end-to-end traceability from source to builds, tests, artifacts, and deliveries; craft clear release notes.

• Troubleshoot CI/CD issues and lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

  Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.

• Strong proficiency with Git and code review workflows (Gerrit preferred).

• Practical experience with Docker for build and runtime environments.

• Expertise managing software artifacts with JFrog Artifactory.

• Familiarity with static code analysis and quality tools (e.g., CodeSonar, SonarQube, Coverity).

• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Groovy) and comfort with YAML and REST-based integrations.

• Working knowledge of release management and SDLC practices using tools like Jira and Confluence (IBM RTC a plus).

• Able to work from Bangalore.
