• Responsible for the overall planning of production workshop, facility and equipment development, maintenance of method and energy;
• Procurement and acceptance of new equipment, procurement and selection of fixtures;
• Selection and management of production auxiliary materials.
• Making, review and training of production process documents, procedure, work instruction…
• Repair, maintenance and optimization of production equipment;
• Optimization of manufacturing process/parameter/mistaken proof etc…
• Cooperate with other departments to conduct customer audits;
• Comply with environmental management system standards in manufacturing process and personnel management.
• Lead FMEA generation and regular review with cross function support.
• Build MFGE management system. About EHS and factory implementation:
• Responsible for the normal operation of factory facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the normal use of fire protection facilities in the factory, no safety hazards.
• Ensure that the factory environmental management system standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, or similar Expertise;
• Expertise in manufacturing Management on Mechanical/Electronics engineering, automation machine development.
• English in written and spoken, CTE 4 or above.
