Advanced Nuclear Contracts Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Advanced Nuclear Contracts Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will support complex contracting activity tied to nuclear and power-sector commercial work, with a strong focus on proposal support, contract compliance, and risk-aware guidance across project teams. The position partners closely with commercial stakeholders to interpret requirements, resolve contractual issues, and help enable business growth through well-structured agreements. It also involves preparing subcontractor and supplier flow-down packages and negotiating with international and government-related counterparties.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,100 – $190,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Support proposal activities and ensure compliance with contract reviews
• Partner with commercial teams to understand regulations and reporting needs
• Develop innovative solutions to contracting issues
• Prepare flow-down packages for sub-contractors and suppliers
• Provide guidance to project teams for contract compliance
• Aid in developing strategies for business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in contracts management
• Experience with various contract types, including FFP, CPFF, and EPC
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating contractual language
• Outstanding writing and oral communication skills
• Experience negotiating with international governmental markets
• Power industry contracting experience interfacing with government or prime contractors
