Advanced Nurse Practitioner | Primary Care, Medical Group Gateway Regional Medical Center - Granite City, IL Full-Time Build lasting patient relationships. Practice primary care the way it should be. Gateway Regional Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Medical Group's Primary Care team. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive, whole-person care across the lifespan - from health promotion and prevention to diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions - within a collaborative team that values continuity of care and patient trust.

This is a great fit for an NP who wants to build long-term relationships with patients and practice evidence-based primary care with the backing of a supportive interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across all ages
• Promote wellness and prevention while diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in line with state regulations and hospital policy
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and the broader care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Illinois RN and APRN licensure
• National NP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross); ACLS preferred
• Willingness to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training within 1 month of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative, patient-first mindset
