Description and Information:

MRP are looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP’s) for a busy UTC in Wycombe.

Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00, 7 days a week

This role is classed as being outside IR35, therefore PAYE/LTD/UMB is offered as a payment method.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Conduct acute triage to prioritise patient needs and ensure timely interventions.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy to inform clinical decisions and enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications / Skill Requirements

• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
• Minor Injury/Illness qualification
• 5 years post-registration experience of which 2 years will have been spent in primary care, ED, unscheduled care, or related field
• Able to provide care across the age range (Paediatrics and Adults)
• Some experience with telephone triage
