Hand & Stone Chanhassen is seeking a talented, caring, and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our locally owned spa.
Here you do more than provide a facial. They listen to each client’s concerns, create customized skincare plans, recommend services and products that support real results, and build relationships that keep clients coming back.

Roles and Responsibilities:
An active Esthetics license in MN
Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
