Aesthetic APRN / Nurse Practitioner – Med Spa

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Florida-licensed APRN / Nurse Practitioner to join our aesthetic practice on a part-time or PRN basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical aesthetics and be comfortable performing advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments. This position is focused on aesthetic procedures rather than general primary care or hospital medicine.

You will work closely with our medical director and spa team to provide safe, high-quality treatments and excellent client care.

Responsibilities

• Perform client consultations, medical assessments, and treatment evaluations.
• Perform microneedling treatments, including Dr. Pen or similar professional microneedling devices.
• Perform laser hair removal treatments using professional diode laser equipment.
• Perform HIFU skin tightening and facial/body treatments.
• Perform CoolSculpting / cryolipolysis and non-invasive body contouring treatments.
• Evaluate clients for treatment eligibility and identify contraindications.
• Develop appropriate aesthetic treatment plans based on client goals.
• Follow treatment protocols established by the medical director and practice.
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
• Recognize and appropriately manage treatment complications or adverse reactions.
• Maintain complete and accurate client documentation and treatment records.
• Follow infection-control, sanitation, safety, and device-use protocols.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and the spa team.
• Assist with improving treatment protocols and maintaining high standards of client care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida APRN / Nurse Practitioner license.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or cosmetic treatments strongly preferred.
• Experience performing laser hair removal strongly preferred.
• Experience with microneedling, HIFU, cryolipolysis, or body-contouring devices preferred.
• Must be willing and able to complete device-specific training for equipment used by the practice.
• Strong understanding of facial and body anatomy, contraindications, treatment safety, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Comfortable working independently while following medical-director protocols.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Schedule

Part-Time / PRN

Flexible scheduling based on client appointments and treatment demand.

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, training, and aesthetic background.

Additional commission or performance-based compensation may be available.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
