Orlando Women’s Optimal Wellness (O-WOW) is seeking an experienced Gynecology Nurse Practitioner (APRN/WHNP) to join our growing women’s health practice in Kissimmee, Florida.

We are looking for a qualified provider who can manage the day-to-day care of our gynecology patients and serve as a consistent clinical provider in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in women’s health and outpatient gynecology and be comfortable managing patients with a high level of clinical independence within their Florida scope of practice and applicable practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat gynecology and women’s health patients
• Perform annual well-woman and preventive exams
• Perform Pap smears and routine gynecologic screenings
• Manage common gynecological conditions
• Provide contraception counseling and management
• Provide menopause and women’s wellness care
• Order and review laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Develop treatment plans and provide follow-up care
• Prescribe medications within applicable scope of practice
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Coordinate patient care with the Medical Director and clinical team
• Serve as a regular clinical provider for the practice

Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN license
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification
• WHNP-BC preferred
• APRN/FNP candidates with strong Gynecology or Women’s Health experience are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in OB/GYN, Gynecology, or Women’s Health strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing an outpatient patient schedule
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work professionally with the Medical Director and clinical staff
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Outpatient women’s health and gynecology
• No deliveries
• No hospital call
• No overnight call
• Physician/Medical Director support
• Established clinical and administrative team

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience, credentials, and qualifications.

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
