Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in providing advanced nephrology care across clinic, dialysis, and hospital settings.

Key responsibilities include conducting daily hospital rounds, collaborating with nephrologists and hospital teams, managing chronic kidney disease patients, providing outpatient care, and educating patients on kidney health and disease management.

Requirements include current certification as an Advanced Practice Provider, strong knowledge of HIPAA, and preferred nephrology experience. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are essential.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $110,000 – $150,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.
