Duties

• Hands-on experience performing trigger point injections, nerve blockes, joint injections and using ultrasound.
• Address messages regarding patient complications, and/or medication refills.
• Conduct patient interview and perform appropriate physical exam to develop the patient’s plan of care.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and regulatory guidelines such as DEA regulations.
• Utilize EMR/EHR system, eClinicalWorks, for accurate documentation of patient encounters, medical records management, and clinical data analysis.
• Order and interpret diagnostic test results. Provide education to patient regarding results of diagnostic tests.
• Telephone on-call hours ARE MINIMAL!

Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with current licensure in the state of practice.
• Demonstrated experience in Pain Management Specialty
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks is a plus.
• Excellent client communication skills with a focus on health coaching and patient education to promote adherence to treatment plans.

Pay: $106,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
