We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who shares our passion for delivering exceptional patient care and wants to be part of a team that’s changing healthcare in our community.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that emphasize prevention and long-term wellness.
• Perform physical examinations and routine office procedures.
• Order, interpret, and discuss laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Ohio law and collaborative practice requirements.
• Educate patients and families to promote informed healthcare decisions.
• Collaborate closely with our nursing staff and fellow providers to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Ohio.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS certification.
• Primary care or family practice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.

Pay: $58.00 - $62.00 per hour
