Advanced Practice Provider for Refugees

Serve refugees from around the world without leaving town. Burma, Somalia, Bhutan, Syria, Congo, Eritrea and more. We are Ardas Family Medicine, also known as Mango House, in Aurora. Please look us up! We are seeking an NP or PA who is familiar with what we do and is excited to be a part of it. This is very gratifying work; our patients are very appreciative. We have a dental clinic and pharmacy also, as well as refugee run shops and restaurants (maybe you have eaten here). We are a team of 6 providers (NP, MD), with 3 present during busy times. We see all ages, all conditions, and many backgrounds. Our office flow is different from many other practices. We have paid sick and vacation time with alot of flexibility, productivity bonus, 401k with matching, and health insurance, but our biggest benefit are our wonderful unique patient population, great coworkers, and the most interesting job you can find!

This is not corporate owned healthcare, and not a community health system, so we don't have corporate playbooks. This is a small, down to earth clinic with happy coworkers and a great work atmosphere. A recent hire staff said "I love it. Staff are SO nice and chill."

No being on call. No nights. Some weekend days are required.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
