Advanced Practice RN (APRN)

Redwood Pediatrics is a busy, fast-growing outpatient primary care pediatric practice. We are seeking to expand our evening and weekend hours to meet the needs of the children in our community. Evening and weekend hours are increasingly important for many parents. This position will see well child visits and sick visits, and will combine advanced scheduling and walk-in scheduling. This flexibility will maximize availability to patients and allow the provider working in this position to build and enjoy a comprehensive pediatric practice. We are in need of an energetic, compassionate, team-focused APRN to join our evening and weekend team. Pediatric training or pediatric experience is required. You may be scheduled to work in both locations which are in the Liberty and Parkville areas. This position is exempt from call and rounding responsibilities.

HOURS: Friday 5p-9p, Saturday 7:45a-4:45p, Sunday 1p-5p, Monday 5p-9p

COMPENSATION: Total potential annual compensation is $115,604 (hourly equivalent of $110/hour)

• Annual base salary is $81,162 (equivalent to a rate of $77/hour) guaranteed pay for 21h/week with additional bonuses PLUS
• Signing bonus: $12,000 for 1 year commitment ($93,158, hourly equivalent $88/hr) (or $24,000 for 2 year commitment)
• Health Insurance Stipend: $500/month =$6000/yr ($99,158, hourly equivalent $94/hr)
• Christmas Bonus ($1000/yr) ($100,158, hourly equivalent $95/hr)
• Educational Stipend ($1000/yr) ($101,158, hourly equivalent $96/hr)
• Productivity bonuses up to $10,500 ($111,658, hourly equivalent $106/hr)
• 401k at 4% match (once eligible) ($115,604, hourly equivalent $110/hr)
• 3 weeks (63h) PTO, 1 week (21h) UTO ($4851 value)
