We are looking for someone with key skills and able to perform the following roles & responsibilities :-

Advanced Process Control Engineer

Europe-Remote

An Advanced Process Control (APC) Engineer improves manufacturing processes by developing advanced control systems that make production more stable, efficient, and consistent.

They use MATLAB, Simulink, PID control, and Model Predictive Control (MPC) to analyze plant data, simulate processes, identify control problems, and recommend solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize advanced process control strategies.
• Build process models and simulations using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Analyze historical data and troubleshoot process performance issues.
• Support controller tuning, commissioning, and deployment at manufacturing plants.
• Work with engineering teams to improve product quality, energy efficiency, and production stability.

Ideal candidate profile:

• 5+ years of experience in APC, MPC, process control, or industrial automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
• Knowledge of PID, adaptive control, inferential control, and process simulation.
• Chemical, Process Control, Electrical, or Automation Engineering background.
• FMCG, food, dairy, or chemical manufacturing experience is an advantage.
