Responsibilities & Training:

1. Change management: request for the region in accordance with the organization’s change management procedure, the intern will prepare and submit a formal change request to introduce process improvements or system updates within the regional qms. this includes documenting the need for change, assessing impacts, and coordinating approvals to ensure controlled and documented implementation.

2. Development of a dashboard for regional and local indicators: the intern will design and implement a comprehensive dashboard to monitor key performance indicators (kpis) at both regional and local levels. this tool will enable real-time tracking of qms performance, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and identify areas requiring corrective action.

3. The trainee will be trained on customer portal management for Magna, Lear, Adient, GM and Tesla. the training will include portal navigation, issue review and follow-up through tracking systems, responsiveness monitoring, and customer requirement understanding. additionally, the trainee will develop problem analysis skills using the 6w methodology.

Requirements:

• Engineering student from 6 semester to up.
• Free available time from Monday to Friday from 7am to 1pm.
• Advanced English.
