Advanced Quantitative Methods Manager

Our client, a global pharma market research firm is building out their quantitative capability and looking for high level individuals to join. This is mainly an internal technical role rather than a heavy client facing position.

Position:

• Leading conjoint, segmentation and other advanced quantitative analysis
• Advising project teams on methodology and study design
• Reviewing complex analysis and ensuring quality
• Developing new tools, processes and best practice
• Training researchers across the business
• Helping teams explain technical findings clearly

Requirements:

• Deep experience in conjoint, segmentation and advanced quantitative methods
• Strong statistical and survey-research knowledge
• Experience quality-checking complex analysis
• Ability to train and develop internal teams
• Pharma/ healthcare research experience
