Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a full-time *Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP)*—*PA-C* or *APRN*—to join our primary care team in Idaho.

*The role* involves providing evidence-based, patient-centered primary care across all ages, collaborating closely with a partner provider in a team-based model.

*Schedule* includes 4 clinic days/week with 32 direct patient hours, supporting work-life balance.

*Responsibilities* include delivering high-quality care, patient education, maintaining documentation, and engaging in continuous improvement.

*Qualifications* include Idaho licensure as PA-C or APRN, DEA license, and preferably primary care experience.
