Advanced System Engineer (NOC)

About the Role

Provide Level 2 technical support and NOC operations for client environments, troubleshooting Windows, Active Directory, servers, networks, firewalls, and infrastructure while ensuring timely incident resolution, system availability, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Windows, Active Directory, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to system alerts, incidents, and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server and workstation issues.
• Administer Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, GPO, and authentication.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, routing, and network connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
• Support Cisco, Fortinet, and Cisco Meraki environments.
• Perform infrastructure monitoring and basic server maintenance.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement appropriate remediation.
• Manage escalated tickets from L1 Service Desk teams.

About You

• 2–3+ years of experience in NOC, L2 IT Support, Systems Administration, Network Support, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and VPNs.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Cisco Meraki is preferred.
• Experience with monitoring and ITSM/ticketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, on a night shift aligned with EST hours.
