The Advanced Workday professional is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
Job Description
- This role requires deep functional expertise, strong business partnership skills, and the ability to lead complex implementations, enhancements, and integrations while ensuring system integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities Workday Configuration Optimization
- Lead advanced configuration of Workday modules such as HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, Talent Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or Prism Analytics.
- Design and maintain business process frameworks, condition rules, calculated fields, and security roles.
- Drive system optimization through continuous improvement, releases, and feature adoption.
Implementation Project Leadership
- Serve as a functional lead or subject matter expert for Workday implementations, upgrades, and major enhancements.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Payroll) and external vendors.
