About the Role
We’re looking to add energetic, customer-focused individuals to our Adventure Crew! You’ll be the first friendly face guests meet. You'll be responsible for questions, supporting activities, and helping ensure every visit is fun, safe, and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and proper conduct
• Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones and offer clear, helpful information
• Support daily operations and work closely with team members
• Assist party hosts and help coordinate events
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Operate Go-Karts and support on-site events

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and POS systems
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
• Positive, professional attitude with a guest-first mindset
• Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed
• Must be available daytime and weekends
