Job Overview

TUANZ is looking for a creative and result-oriented Freelance Digital Marketing & Ad Manager to manage social media queries, run online advertising campaigns, generate leads, increase online sales, and drive customer footfall to our offline showrooms.

The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, paid advertising, customer engagement, and sales growth for retail or jewellery businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Query Management

• Respond promptly to customer queries and messages received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
• Provide product details, prices, availability, offers, delivery information, and showroom locations.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Forward complex queries, order issues, and complaints to the concerned team.

2. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Run campaigns to promote silver jewellery collections, new arrivals, festive offers, and special promotions.
• Create targeted campaigns to generate online orders, enquiries, and showroom visits.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise ads to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and work towards achieving a better return on ad spend (ROAS).

3. Online Sales & Lead Generation

• Generate qualified leads through social media advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Promote products available on the TUANZ website and other online marketplaces.
• Encourage customers to visit our online store, enquire through WhatsApp, or purchase directly.
• Track customer enquiries and follow up to improve conversion rates.

4. Offline Showroom Promotion

• Promote TUANZ showrooms through location-based advertising and local campaigns.
• Create campaigns to increase customer visits to our showrooms at Elpro Mall, Pune; Korum Mall, Thane; and Mall de Goa.
• Promote showroom offers, new collections, festive campaigns, and special events.
• Coordinate with showroom teams to track enquiries and visits generated through advertisements.

5. Content & Creative Coordination

• Plan promotional content, reels, posts, stories, and product advertisements.
• Coordinate with the internal team for product photos, videos, offers, and campaign creatives.
• Suggest new marketing ideas and promotional strategies to improve brand awareness and sales.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Share weekly and monthly reports covering advertising spend, reach, impressions, clicks, leads, enquiries, and sales conversions.
• Track cost per lead, cost per purchase, and ROAS wherever measurable.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and customer feedback.
• Maintain records of campaigns, leads, and customer enquiries.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and digital lead generation.
• Understanding of online retail, e-commerce, and customer conversion.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or retail marketing will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
