About the role

We are seeking an Advertiser to join the Administration & Office Support team at Salmiya Restaurant in Pattaya, Chon Buri. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in promoting our restaurant, managing our advertising campaigns, and ensuring our marketing message reaches our target audience effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating advertising efforts across various channels, liaising with external partners, and supporting the broader administrative functions of the restaurant. This role is essential in building brand awareness and driving customer engagement for our establishment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms to promote Salmiya Restaurant
• Develop creative advertising concepts and promotional materials in collaboration with marketing partners and internal teams
• Monitor advertising performance, track metrics, and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness
• Liaise with external advertising agencies, vendors, and media outlets to negotiate rates and manage contracts
• Maintain and update advertising calendars, ensuring timely deployment of promotional content
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including social media content, flyers, and in-restaurant signage
• Respond to advertising inquiries and manage communications with potential customers and partners
• Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping related to advertising activities
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide ideas for innovative marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or a related administrative role within the hospitality or food service industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple advertising projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai or other languages is advantageous
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools
• Knowledge of graphic design software or experience with digital content creation
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality promotional materials
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost management for advertising campaigns
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and emerging marketing opportunities
• A passion for the hospitality industry and understanding of customer-focused marketing principles
