What they need
Kami mencari Advertiser yang tidak hanya jago menjalankan Ads, tetapi mampu membangun dan menumbuhkan TikTok Shop dari sisi traffic, content, affiliate, live, hingga conversion & GMV.
Job Desc:
- Mengelola dan mengembangkan TikTok Shop untuk meningkatkan GMV.
- Mengelola dan mengembangkan program Affiliate.
- Monitoring dan optimasi performa TikTok Ads.
- Menganalisis performa Content, Affiliate, Live, dan Ads.
- Menjalankan strategi campaign dan promo TikTok Shop.
- Membuat laporan dan evaluasi performa TikTok secara berkala.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Content, Affiliate, dan Live untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di TikTok Shop/E-Commerce
- Pernah mengelola GMV minimal Rp100–200 juta/bulan menjadi nilai plus
- Menguasai Affiliate, Ads, Campaign, Content & Live
- Menguasai GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV
- Mampu melakukan analisa dan membuat strategi growth
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target GMV
- Pernah menghandel product FMCG (Susu) menjadi nilai plus
