Key Responsibilities Provide support to Small and Medium businesses via chat, email, and phone (outbound calls mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat)
Deliver pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
Offer product and tool support to improve clients' experience
Identify trends and solve problems affecting multiple SMB clients
