Advertising and Public Relation (AM)

1. Develop and implement comprehensive advertising and PR strategies that directly support TFSPH's overarching business objectives

• Conceptualize and launch targeted media campaigns across diverse online and offline platforms ensuring maximum reach and impact
• Analyze campaign effectiveness by meticulously reviewing performance against established KPIs and targets, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization
• Ensure all marketing communications initiatives strictly adhere to TFSPH's brand guidelines, messaging framework, and core brand identit

2.Conceptualize and create institutional, product and program-specific content and collaterals aligned with TFSPH goals and timelines

• Plan and create a cohesive annual content calendar to ensure a steady flow of engaging and relevant content
• Secure strategic placements for earned and bought media, such as press releases, articles, and advertorials, to maximize brand visibility.

3. Maintain positive working relationship with media, KOLs, suppliers, agencies and partners to ensure best negotiated rates on services rendered

• Regularly review the performance of contracted partners and suppliers to confirm fulfillment of set targets and uphold service quality
• Negotiate optimal rates and packages for all identified marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing value.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Media, Communication or any business course
• At least 5 years of working experience in media, advertising, marketing or account management
