Advertising Client Servicing Manager

About the role

Serves as a day-to-day liaison for clients and support to the Business Unit Director, to ensure successful and timely completion of projects. This role involves understanding the client's business, proactively identifying and resolving client issues, and ensuring creative and production workflow timelines are met as stipulated in briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison for clients and support to the Business Unit Director
• Ensure successful and timely completion of projects
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues
• Ensure creative and production workflow timelines within internal teams are met
• Ensure high level of quality control to deliver error-free output on time and on quality
• Organize and disseminate reports (work-in-progress / contact reports) in a timely manner
• Administer all work processes
• Contribute to operational improvements to achieve efficiencies and improved workflow
• Participate actively in status meetings and keep all team members and clients informed
• Assist in the long-term strategic direction of the account

About you

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Journalism or Business Administration
• At least 4 years working experience in Advertising Creative Agency with experience in managing both Digital & BTL projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
• Detailed, strategic yet task oriented and possess the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative team player, hardworking and able to multitask and work independently

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
