Your Role

• Take ownership of Eracore's advertising activities and day-to-day campaign management
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms
• Develop target audiences and support advertising strategies aligned with company goals
• Create, coordinate, and manage campaign assets and messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results
• Track key performance indicators and prepare performance reports for leadership
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Test different audiences, creatives, messages, and approaches to identify what works best.
• Work closely with leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into advertising initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams when campaigns require additional content or materials
• Stay up to date with relevant advertising platforms, trends, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve Eracore's online visibility and lead generation
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in digital advertising, paid media, or digital marketing
• AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) industry experience is a must
• Proven experience running B2B campaigns
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar)
• Strong grasp of campaign metrics, targeting, and optimization
• A proactive, analytical, self-directed working style
• Fluent English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
