Advertising Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regional project pipelines, workflows, timelines, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload balancing across teams.
• Drive process improvements, SOP compliance, and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and resource utilisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years of experience in agency operations, resource management, traffic management, or business operations.
• Strong knowledge of workflow management, capacity planning, KPI tracking, and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthcare communications, MedComms, events, creative, digital, or professional services is an advantage.
