About the Role

Our client, a large national retailer, is seeking an Analyst to onboard and support suppliers advertising through its retail media network. You will welcome new self-service advertisers to the platform, train them to launch campaigns, and advise them on how to get the most from their investment. You will own a book of 25-50 suppliers, and partner with senior analysts, Platform Solutions, and Ad Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

• 70% Managing Supplier Relationships: Manage a book of 25-50 suppliers, primarily in building materials. Onboard suppliers into the platform, lead one-hour activation calls where suppliers share their screen and are walked through asset upload and campaign launch, launch remaining campaigns, identify strategic opportunities aligned with business goals, make recommendations, and solve problems. Enter product details and campaign plans in Salesforce. Build, implement, and routinely evaluate processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• 15% Collaboration: Actively contribute to team meetings and collaborate with stakeholders on shared goals. Includes providing platform training to cross-functional groups.
• 15% Platform Troubleshooting: Identify technological, operational, or other challenges with various platforms and recommend creative solutions aligned with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience in advertising, ad operations, marketing operations, or account management
• Salesforce experience or similar platform
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on Meta Ads experience, even small-scale
• Google Ad Manager experience
• Experience in digital media, with retail, e-commerce, and on-site advertising products preferred
• Experience working with large established digital properties and platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, etc.); experience with newer or niche properties is a major plus
• Agency or brand marketing experience
• Account management experience
• Marketing or ad tech experience is highly desirable
• Understanding of technical pieces of digital marketing such as website analytics, audiences, data feeds, and tracking codes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to convey complex or technical ideas in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
• Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, and resolve disputes with internal and external customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
