We're looking for our next Advertising Account Executive to join our sales team!

You'll have the opportunity to represent four locally owned radio stations — Rock107, Sports Radio WEJL, 92 Mix FM, and Fuzz 96.1 — while helping local businesses grow through creative advertising and marketing solutions.

And we're talking about a lot more than just radio commercials!

You'll get to sell and develop advertising campaigns that include:

• Radio advertising
• Digital advertising and marketing
• Sports sponsorships
• Concerts, promotions, and special events
• Creative sponsorship opportunities
• Integrated marketing campaigns that actually help businesses grow

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're not necessarily looking for someone with 20 years of advertising experience. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and drive to succeed. But sales experience is a huge plus.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are hardworking, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
• Aren't afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, or hear the word "NO."
• Have the confidence to present ideas and ask for the sale.
• Are creative, curious, and enjoy finding solutions.
• Want to be rewarded for your hard work and results.
• Have sales or marketing experience — that's a plus, but not a requirement.

This is a SALES job.

It's not always easy. You'll have to prospect, make calls, develop relationships, deal with rejection, and work hard to build your business.

You'll work with local business owners, help create advertising campaigns, get involved in some of the area's biggest promotions and events, and represent radio stations that people throughout Northeast Pennsylvania know and love.
