Advertising Traffic Manager

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project pipelines, workloads, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks across regional teams.
• Identify resource bottlenecks, capacity gaps, workload imbalances, and scheduling conflicts.
• Support resource allocation and rebalancing based on skills, availability, priorities, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate resource plans, capacity reports, project trackers, and operational dashboards.
• Monitor SOP compliance and ensure teams maintain accurate project and pipeline information.
• Review workflows, tools, trackers, handoffs, and reporting processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with process improvement teams to streamline workflows, reduce duplication, and strengthen operational discipline.
• Establish and monitor KPIs covering resource utilisation, capacity, delivery timelines, workflow efficiency, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and help resolve operational bottlenecks, unclear ownership, and competing priorities.

About you

• Minimum 4 years of experience in agency operations, traffic management, resource management, delivery operations, business operations, or project operations.

• Strong experience in resource planning, workflow coordination, project pipeline monitoring, capacity management, and operational reporting.

• Good understanding of SOP implementation, traffic management, KPI tracking, utilisation reporting, and continuous improvement.

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret workload and performance data and recommend practical solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
