Adviser Support / Admin Support - Mortgages & Insurance

We are a growing life and health insurance client acquisition firm, helping everyday Kiwi families get protected. We’re looking for a smart, driven communicator who wants to build a real career — not just fill a seat.

This role is all about connecting with warm enquiries (no cold calling), having genuine conversations, and booking quality appointments for a financial adviser. You’ll be the first point of contact for families taking an important step toward financial protection.

What Your Week Looks Like

• Calling warm enquiries who have already reached out — people who want to be helped, not sold to
• Asking the right questions, listening carefully, and understanding each family’s needs
• Booking quality appointments for the financial adviser
• Following up on quieter enquiries with patience and professionalism
• Tracking your activity and building your knowledge of life and health insurance
• Managing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Career Progression

• Support Team Member — call warm enquiries, pre-qualify clients, and book appointments
• Senior Client Engagement Specialist — take on greater responsibility, mentor others, and deepen product knowledge
• Qualified Financial Adviser for Insurance or Mortgages — we support high performers on the pathway to becoming fully qualified advisers

What We’re Looking For

• A natural phone communicator — warm, confident, and genuinely curious about people
• Hindi and/or Punjabi speaking (alongside fluent English) — a strong advantage
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to guide people toward good decisions
• Some experience in insurance or financial services (even at an admin or support level)
• Resilient, coachable, and eager to grow

What You’ll Get
