Advisor - Electronics/Semis Manufacturing

The last 100 years transformed factories through automation. The next 100 will be about making them intelligent. We’re a leading industrial AI company building the sovereign intelligence layer for factories- defining the next generation of how people and machines work together to improve throughput, quality, and uptime.

Our team includes former leaders and engineers from ABB, C3 AI, Volvo, and Palantir, and we’re backed by notable early-stage investors.

We’re looking for a senior electronics manufacturing leader to help us open doors, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build the right product.

You bring:

• 20+ years in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or high-mix production
• Leadership experience as a COO, VP Operations, VP Manufacturing, Plant Director, or Quality Director
• Experience with SMT, reflow, AOI, through-hole assembly, conformal coating, ICT, or functional test
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, and ESD controls
• A current network of operations, plant, engineering, and quality leaders

You will:

• Introduce us to qualified pilot customers
• Join selected sales conversations
• Help prioritize accounts and use cases
• Advise our product team on real plant-floor requirements
• Part-time advisory role with a monthly retainer and equity.
