Job Purpose

'The position holder is responsible to provide expert advisory support in the design of reward and benefit programs, contribute to building a cohesive total rewards ecosystem, and guidance in human resource and cost management to ensure alignment with business strategy and employee experience.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Advisory for Total Rewards System:

• Contribute to the development of a holistic total rewards strategy that integrates compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellbeing;
• Ensure alignment between reward programs and broader HR initiatives such as talent management, performance, and engagement;
• Monitor trends, regulatory changes, and employee feedback to continuously improve the total rewards offering.

2. Advisory on Reward ,Benefit Design:

• Provide insights and recommendations on compensation structures, incentive schemes, and job evaluation frameworks;
• Support the design and review of employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness;
• Conduct market benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and cost modeling to inform program design and updates.

Key Accountabilities (2)

3. Advisory on Headcount and Staffcost management:

• Provides strategic advisory on headcount planning and HR budgeting by analyzing workforce trends;
• Modeling scenarios, and guiding consistent cost management practices;
• Partners with HR and Finance to forecast budgets, assess cost impacts of HR initiatives, and recommend adjustments to ensure financial discipline;
• Conducts HR cost analysis to identify drivers, trends, and benchmarks, delivering actionable insights through reports and dashboards;
• Ensures governance and risk compliance by supporting audits, maintaining documentation, and advising on approval processes and budget controls.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with senior leadership, People Partners, and Finance to align reward strategies with talent and business priorities;
• Act as a subject matter expert in reward-related discussions across the organization;
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise

• 15+ years of relevant experience (including professional và managerial experience) from leading Vietnamese companies with similar business with Techcombank and ecosystem
• Demonstrates extensive experience in Human Resource Planning, Salary and Benefits Management. Familiarize with the practices of the banking and finance sector

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent fields
• TOEIC 700 above or equivalent certificate
