Certinal is an enterprise digital trust and compliance platform helping organizations manage high-value digital interactions securely, compliantly, and at scale. Our solutions span enterprise eSignature, digital consent and compliance, and healthcare workflows, supporting organizations that operate in environments where trust, privacy, regulatory requirements, and auditability are critical.

We work with enterprises to simplify how agreements are executed, consent is captured and managed, sensitive information is exchanged, and regulatory workflows are operationalized across digital journeys. As technology, privacy regulation, AI adoption, and enterprise security requirements continue to evolve, Certinal is building infrastructure that can help organizations modernize these processes without compromising compliance or user experience.

We are forming a small Healthcare Advisory Council to bring that perspective closer to the company.

The Role: We are looking to engage experienced healthcare CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Chief Digital Officers and senior technology leaders who can periodically advise the Certinal leadership and product teams.

This is not a full-time operating role, consulting assignment or sales position .

The objective is to create a forum where experienced technology leaders can exchange perspectives on areas such as:

• Enterprise digital transformation
• Data privacy and regulatory compliance
• Digital consent and customer data governance
• Enterprise eSignature and agreement workflows
• Security, identity and digital trust
• AI adoption within regulated enterprises
• Technology procurement and vendor evaluation
• Enterprise integration and implementation challenges

What You Would Do:

As a member of the Advisory Council, you may be invited to:

• Participate in periodic discussions with Certinal's leadership team
• Provide feedback on emerging product ideas and enterprise use cases
• Share perspectives on CIO and CTO priorities, buying behaviour and implementation challenges
• Review selected product concepts from an enterprise technology standpoint
• Participate in closed-door CIO/CTO roundtables hosted by Certinal
• Contribute to selected research reports, industry discussions or thought-leadership initiatives

Ideally, you will have:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology
• Experience leading technology within a mid-market or large enterprise
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS procurement and implementation
• Experience working with security, compliance, privacy, identity or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong opinions on how enterprise technology should evolve over the next 3–5 years
• An interest in engaging with founders and product teams building enterprise technology

Expression of Interest: We are keeping the first cohort intentionally small.
