Advisory Manager

Our client, a fast‑growing advisory start‑up, is looking to bring on a Manager as they continue to scale. It’s a strong opportunity to step in early and help shape a firm that’s building out its foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle finance transformation initiatives, guiding projects from initial strategy through execution for global organizations.
• Prepare and analyze financial information packages, support M&A‑related work, and assist large corporate clients with detailed financial and operational analysis.
• Break down complex accounting, finance, and operational issues and develop clear, data‑driven solutions.
• Review financial performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement targeted process improvements across client operations.
• Develop and execute change‑management plans to support global finance teams adopting new systems, tools, and processes.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with internal leadership and client management throughout each engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Big 4 environment; industry experience is a plus.
• CPA license or active progress toward licensure preferred.
• Strong technical foundation in U.S. GAAP, FASB standards, and audit methodology.
• Demonstrated career progression and a stable, reliable employment history.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced ability to analyze financial issues and develop practical, data‑driven recommendations.
