Advisory Product Specialist

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Advisory Product Specialist In This Role You Will

• Support Insights Lab on Investment Insights digital publications creation, management and delivery to clients and colleagues.
• Drive clients adoption of Investment Insights related digital engagement channels
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, driving outcomes on content commercialization.
• Own stakeholder management: map influence/interest, align priorities, and deliver crisp communications.
• The role holder will ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation. They will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures.
• They will also be expected to consistently display the behaviours that form part of the HSBC Values and culture and adhere to HSBC risk policies and procedures.

To Be Successful You Will Need

• Be passionate on an investment dialogue with a broad internal and external audience.
• Be exceptionally good writer of concise, actionable investment related content, effectively an “investment tweeter” to a target audience. (English written fluency is a must, Chinese is an advantage).
• Be a team player, to develop strong partnership with WPS CIO, Product Desks, Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors to drive business outcome. Win as a team.
• Be familiar with operation and/or risk and control procedures. Strong experience in project management preferred.
• Be with good understanding of industry codes and regulation. Past working experience in risk or compliance is an advantage.
• Be expected to have experience in wealth management industry or in a financial institution.
• Have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. CFA would be an advantage.
• Experience in working with offshore team would be an advantage.
