Advisory Services Enterprise Unit Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Advisory Services Enterprise Unit Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes while strengthening the systems and habits that support durable performance within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $315,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate Advisory Services across the company to foster operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with various leaders to align responsibilities and improve delivery expectations
• Monitor trends affecting client decision-making to drive service evolution
• Ensure quality and clarity in delivering Advisory Services across clients and regions
• Build and coach a high-performing multidisciplinary leadership team

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of leadership experience in advisory, strategy, or consulting roles
• Experience in consulting and public utility management is preferred
• Strong background in building or scaling services within enterprise organizations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
