AEM (Adobe Experience Manage) Lead Developer

Role Overview
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AEM application development and technical implementation.
• Design reusable AEM components, templates, services, and integrations.
• Develop backend functionality using Java and AEM technologies.
• Work with Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
• Integrate AEM with APIs and other enterprise platforms.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to developers.
• Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
• Work with architects, frontend developers, QA, and business teams.
• Support deployment and release activities.

Requirements

• Strong Adobe Experience Manager development experience.
• Senior or technical-lead experience.
• Strong Java development.
• AEM components and templates.
• OSGi.
• Apache Sling.
• JCR.
• HTL/Sightly.
• REST/API integration.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers.

• AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Adobe Cloud Manager.
• Dispatcher.

• CI/CD experience.

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
