About the Roles

Our teams work on enterprise digital platforms built with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, React.js, APIs, and cloud technologies.

The available positions cover different areas, from hands-on development and technical implementation to production support, troubleshooting, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for engineers who enjoy working with modern technologies, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment .

Responsibilities:

Depending on the role, you may be responsible for:

• Developing and enhancing enterprise applications using AEM, Java, and React.js
• Building and maintaining AEM Components, Templates, HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, Servlets, and OSGi services
• Developing reusable and scalable React.js components using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Integrating AEM and React applications with REST APIs and enterprise systems
• Providing L2/L3 production support and resolving technical incidents within agreed SLAs
• Troubleshooting AEM Author/Publish environments, Dispatcher, CDN, caching, replication, APIs, and frontend issues
• Performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes
• Supporting deployments, releases, hotfixes, and CI/CD processes
• Participating in code reviews, technical design, and solution discussions
• Improving application performance, stability, security, and maintainability
• For Senior/Lead roles: mentoring engineers, driving technical discussions, handling complex escalations, and collaborating with architects and other technical teams

Nice to Have

• Headless / hybrid AEM experience
• Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Experience Platform
• AEM certification
• ITIL knowledge
• Experience with Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar tools
• Jira / ServiceNow
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe
• Experience working on large-scale, multi-market enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of WCAG and web accessibility
