Mandatory Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.4 and above

• Expertise in developing:

• AEM Components

• Templates

• Pages using HTL (Sightly), Java, and Sling Models

• Strong knowledge of:

• AEM Replication (Forward & Reverse Replication)

• OSGi

• Apache Sling

• Apache Oak

• Maven-based Build & Deployment

• Adobe Dispatcher

• AEM Security Best Practices

• Content Publishing & Migration

• Workflow Development & Automation

Additional Preferred Skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React or Angular (Good to Have)
• Adobe Analytics Integration
• CI/CD and DevOps Practices
• Oracle / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Certification
• Agile Development Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and pages
• Design and maintain AEM architecture using Sling, OSGi, and Oak
• Configure and manage replication processes
• Design custom workflows and automation
• Handle content migration and publishing processes
• Optimize performance using Adobe Dispatcher and CDN integrations
• Integrate Adobe Analytics with AEM solutions
• Support build and deployment activities using Maven and CI/CD pipelines
