AEM Functional Lead

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced AEM Functional Lead to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, content teams, and the delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Edge Delivery Services (EDS) solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user-experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional liaison between business stakeholders, content teams and delivery teams .
• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into AEM / AEM Edge Delivery Services solutions .
• Participate in solution planning and functional design discussions.
• Prioritize and manage the product/project backlog.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate UAT activities , including requirements validation, issue tracking and business sign-off.
• Ensure the AEM implementation meets business requirements and user-experience objectives.
• Support functional discussions, issue resolution and delivery planning.
• Identify dependencies, risks and blockers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Work with content teams to ensure effective content and digital experience delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• 6–9 years of AEM Functional experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
• Strong requirements gathering and functional analysis skills
• Experience in solution planning
• Strong backlog prioritization experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating UAT
• Strong understanding of digital experience and content management solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional business, content and technology teams.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with enterprise digital platforms.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a functional AEM specialist who can independently engage with business stakeholders, understand their requirements and translate them into practical AEM solutions.

Important: Candidates must have strong AEM Functional experience . General Business Analyst/Product Analyst profiles without AEM experience will not be suitable.
