Role Overview

The role is focused on designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides solutions for enterprise technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AEM Guides solution design and implementation.
• Configure and customize AEM Guides Web Editor, templates, publishing profiles, metadata, permissions, and workflows.
• Define DITA information architecture including topics, maps, conref/keyref reuse strategies, and structured authoring standards.
• Design and implement publishing pipelines for HTML5, PDF, and DITA-OT outputs.
• Work with documentation, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AEM Guides solutions.
• Drive content governance, publishing reliability, platform stability, and continuous improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in AEM Guides.
• Strong hands-on experience with DITA.
• Experience with XML Add-On.
• Hands-on experience with AEM Guides Web Editor.
• Experience with templates, publishing profiles, metadata, permissions, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of DITA information architecture.
• Experience with topics, maps, conref/keyref reuse strategies, and structured authoring standards.
• Experience with HTML5, PDF, and DITA-OT publishing pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
